Katrina's Mexican Restaurant & Cantina is a family-owned kitchen at 3300 South in Millcreek, Utah, run by Mrs. Yndalia and Mr. Rafael Castillo. Everything on the menu, from the moles simmered for hours to the fajitas sizzling straight to the table and the salsas made fresh, is cooked the way the Castillo family learned growing up in Mexico, using their own words: "cook your food with love."
